Morning Cricket Protein Shake

A morning cricket protein shake with oats & cricket powder. Enjoy a healthy breakfast in less than 5 minutes.

The nutty taste of the cricket powder mixes well with the creamy banana. The succulent blueberries & raspberries give the drink a fresh, summer vibe.

Oats are ideal for breakfast as their slower digestion process prevents spikes in blood sugar and insulin levels during the day


  • 1 scoop of cricket flour
  • 1 banana
  • 1 hand of Blueberries & Raspberries
  • Oats
  • Milk (use cow milk, almond milk, cashew milk, or any type you like)


Put the banana, cricket powder, blueberries, raspberries, oats & cashew milk in the blender. Optionally you can add some ice cubes.

Blend a few seconds. Pour in a glass… and that’s really it.
