Apple Pear Cricket Protein Shake

A creamy and refreshing shake. Naturally sweet and simple to make.

The sweet-sour taste of apple & the buttery sugar taste of pear, combined with creamy advocado, nutty cricket powder & a very subtle touch of spinach. Simply amazing !

Little remark : don’t forget the spinach – as these are not in the photo. You can use frozen spinach if you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of cricket flour
  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear
  • 1 advocado
  • A handful of spinach leaves

Directions

In theory you do not have to add any liquids (as the apples provide plenty), but this can make the blending a bit harder.

I would suggest to start by blending the apple & pear first, before adding the advocado, spinach & cricket flour.

Otherwise, you can just add a cup of water & put all the ingredients in the blender

Blend a few seconds. Pour in a glass… and that’s it.
